Western Performance Horses

I love dressage and jumping but it just can’t compare to the rush that comes with riding a great western performance horse.   If you ever get the chance take one out for a spin (no pun intended)

  1. Oh yes, this is something I want to do so badly. Gets me excited just thinking about it.

  2. You’re not just a kiddin’! There’s something exhilerating about a working horse. A friend trains cutting horses, and while I’ve never done any cutting, I did used to keep a couple of his horses legged up and got to sit a spin or two. Major fun!

  3. Hi,

I was searching for a few good Horse Racing Blogs over the net, and thankfully came across ‘Finequine’.

Since, this blog is in most ways dedicated to horses, thought of dropping in a line or two on the upcoming Derby here in the UK.

The Epsom Derby, which is considered to be one of the most prestigious flat thoroughbred horse races in the world is one of the most iconic events in the British sporting and social calendar. It will take place, this week, at the Epsom Downs Racecourse, Surry, England.

I’ve been covering the latest news and tips on the Derby at my website – http://www.jumpingjockey.com

    Regards,
    JJ.

  4. Got a little bit confused while reading :S

  5. Thanks for the great equine posts! Looking forward for a little reviewing after dinner 🙂

  6. I could see why many people like this equine sport, but I’m more into liberty horses and a rather classic Portuguese bullfighting. 🙂
